It’s 4am and I haven’t slept, so I hope that this makes sense after I write it out. If not blame sleep sleep deprivation.
A little background on what I’ve been doing for the last week – my friends moved into their new house and so I’ve been slowly trying to arrange my rooms, moving spare bed into the smaller room and making the larger one my streaming/writing room.
A large part of this is so I don’t feel claustrophobic writing at a computer in my bedroom where I’ve been keeping a lot of my stuff that had no other proper place to reside. I have worked on PIAB cleaning it up, adding the fluffy descriptions and all that sort of stuff and plan on having it properly finished soon. This will hopefully help with the process. Not being stuck in my bedroom.
Anyway, today I was staring out the back window and looking at the dead weeds and came up with a pretty interesting horror story concept, but the more I think about it I think I’m going to combine the idea between Corpse Fluid and this new story and take out all the Looney Tunes meets X files meets Twin Peaks stuff and make a straight forward horror story.
Corpse Fluid was meant to be in the vein of Braindead / Dead Alive meets the X-files episode where they took Frankenstein to see a drag she Cher perform. Although it was serious I wanted parts to be completely wackadoodle. But now that I have this other piece of the puzzle I really want to make this a serious horror story.
I guess in Japanese horror terms it would be a hybrid of a Tatari and a Ju-On with there being a huge reason why it reaches so far, I had to try and find a term for it because there would be many and I found Onryō-gun which is a hybrid term I guess, i don’t know I don’t speak Japanese so I could be 1000% incorrect. But you get the idea.
