The return of the Corpse Fluid Story (Coming soon)

What’s up? Hope everyone reading this is doing well.

Let me start off this update by stating that the negative things that have happen over the last two weeks are not an excuse for my lack of posts or writing, just hurdles that I’m dealing with.

So on the 9th, someone decided to try and steal my 2017 Sonata. Ripped the driver side door handle off, broke the rear window and pulled apart the steering column. Just an unfortunately disappointment since I moved to Texas.

The second issue on the 19th my home suffered a ground strike of lightening. Yeah, so damage to my PW, blew one of my Focusrite’s complete up, destroyed one of the GCFI’s in the kitchen, blew up two wall clock, several light bulbs, all around bad night/next day.

The lightening and the thunder his at the exact same time and honestly I thought something blew up, it was the loudest fucking thing I think I have heard in my life.

Haven’t found any other damage, though what was damaged or destroyed was not really anything i can replace at the moment. The funniest part? When the cop came out and dusted for prints (which they do in Texas unlike California) I told the cop if this is the worst thing that happens then I’m very blessed. Somewhere god said “hold my beer”. Maybe I should whine more. “Wwaaaahhhhh whyy meeeee!?!?” lol. I’ve seen too many dead bodies to ever cry that nonsense. ANYWAY.

Not the greatest Segue (<—that’s a word I’ve used a lot and never knew it’s spelling.) to a horror story about a coroner but so be it. Corpse Fluid.

So I stopped writing Corpse Fluid because it was starting to get a bit twin peeks=ish. It was fun to be sort of unhinged with the story idea, but moving forward during the edits and re-posting of it, i’m going to kind of ground it a bit. Not saying there won’t be a paper thin person in a 3X sized suit coming around, but yeah… Less X-files and more back to cosmic horror.

I’ll be posting parts of that story to Reddit then here. Not sure on the time line, I have 15k words I have to finish up in an already 95k word length book I need to finish.
