The guitar I miss the most

So for those who don’t know the whole story, back in September 2023 I was laid off from my job of seven years. I was one of many people who were laid off from that company that day and many more eventually lost their jobs. It sucks but I figured at the time it would be a minor setback, I’d have to settle for a new job for less money as I built myself up in yet another company.

Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Since 2023 I’ve put out at least 2000 resumes, responded to random job listings set to me by offshore “job agencies” that lead to nothing. As of right now I’m still unemployed despite having 30 years experience and having put out close to 500 resumes in the last year alone – not just for IT but at HEB, Hobby Lobby, etc.

Anyway the point is this, during that time I had to sell off a lot of gear just to stay afloat in the house I was in, in California. One of those was my 1992 Jackson Rhoads “Tribute” LTD #46 (out of 200) The Concorde. Also to some known as the 10 year Anniversary Jackson. It was the one guitar I swore I’d be buried with, it was *The* guitar. There was a lot of history behind that guitar, but I had to do what I had to do. It’s not exactly a new or uncommon story, but I thought I’d share some photos of it.

BTW the new owner was a massive Randy Rhoads nerd so it’s in good hands.
